Job summary

TSMG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology-driven and AI-focused projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business and technical requirements.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of PM experience in tech/AI projects, with strong knowledge of AI concepts and the ability to translate tech into business value for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management within technology, software, or AI-related projects.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and their practical applications.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for technology and AI initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, product, operations).
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and performance metrics; provide solutions.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and results clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, data privacy, and security standards in AI and tech projects.
• Support adoption and integration of AI tools into existing processes and workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and AI trends for planning.
