Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/DS/AI or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in software engineering or AI/ML roles.
• Strong Python and ML framework experience (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions and backend services.
• Experience with cloud platforms and databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
• Familiar with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps/MLOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Pulomas, East Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Machine Learning applications.
• Build LLM-powered applications using Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Vector Databases.
• Develop backend services and integrate AI solutions through APIs and microservices.
• Work with databases and cloud platforms to support scalable AI applications.
• Apply DevOps/MLOps practices to ensure reliable deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or ML applications.
• Experience in backend development, API integration, and microservices.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, plus CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps/MLOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Pulomas, East Jakarta.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical initiatives is a plus.
