That’s why we’re looking for a Supervisor – AI & IT Systems to help execute and manage our digital transformation initiatives across teams.

🎯What You’ll Do:

• Implement and maintain company‑wide digital systems (ERP, cloud, project management, knowledge base).
• Automate workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or simple scripts to reduce manual work.
• Integrate and optimize AI tools (ChatGPT, AI analytics, generative AI) into daily operations.
• Connect and unify cross‑department data (sales, inventory, HR, marketing) into a source of truth.
• Train and support ±30–50 staff to use digital tools effectively.
• Ensure data accuracy and produce actionable insights through dashboards or reports.
• Document systems and SOPs, and coordinate with vendors or IT partners when needed.

🛠 What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Systems, IT Automation, System Analysis, Data, or AI Tools.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, Notion/Confluence, and Trello/Asana/Jira.
• Hands‑on experience with automation & integrations (Zapier, Make, n8n, API/JSON, webhook).
• Familiarity with AI tools & APIs (ChatGPT API, AI analytics, generative AI).
• A systematic thinker who builds practical, well‑structured solutions.
• Excellent communication & training skills for non‑technical users.
• Bonus: SQL / advanced spreadsheets, basic data security & access management, or retail/omnichannel experience.
