Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior AI governance professional to act as the production clearance authority for all AI initiatives across a large Indonesian hospital group. You will evaluate vendor, open‑source and internal components and sign off on deployments.

This governance role involves mentoring engineers, enforcing evaluation frameworks, and guiding build‑vs‑buy decisions with clear documentation and credible technical leadership in healthcare AI.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating AI systems in production with identifiable failure modes.
• Experience making governance frameworks operational where compliance was previously inconsistent.
• Healthcare or clinical operations exposure strongly preferred.
• Ability to mentor engineers toward responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI solutions (vendor, open-source, cloud, internal) against performance, reliability, interpretability, clinical appropriateness, data pipeline integrity, and integration feasibility.
• Lead build-vs-buy evaluations with written recommendations and documented reasoning.
• Maintain a live register of AI components: evaluation status, production readiness, monitoring state.
• Set engineering standards for AI work: code quality, model documentation, evaluation methodology, handoff protocols.
• Participate in directorate-facing engagements as a credible technical voice.
