Job summary

Eka Hospital Group is seeking an experienced AI-focused full-stack engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered web applications for enterprise solutions in Tangerang. You will work on end-to-end systems, including OCR document processing and secure, high-availability infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in full-stack development and hands-on experience with LLMs, ML, LangChain, RAG, and AI agents, plus cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development delivering production-grade apps.
• Hands-on experience building AI apps using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or open-source).
• Strong ML knowledge: model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered web applications using modern full-stack tech.
• Develop microservices and modular frontends, including OCR-based document processing and secure infra.
• Build AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Create scalable AI tools and frameworks to boost automation.
• Train, evaluate, and deploy ML models for prediction and decision support.
• Build secure backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs; responsive frontend apps.
• Integrate AI with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Optimize AI apps for performance, scale, latency, and cost.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Implement CI/CD, containers, monitoring, and DevOps best practices for AI apps.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose innovative solutions.
