Job summary

Shopee is seeking a seasoned AI/ML product builder to work on-site in our warehouses and with ops, finance, and accounting teams to understand how work is really done. You will turn vague requests into clear problems with measurable goals and help decide what to build first.

You’ll build end-to-end AI agents, computer vision solutions, dashboards and web tools, then own adoption from discovery to go-live, sharing results and trade-offs with non-technical stakeholders across sites and countries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping software, data or ML products.
• Strong Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM / AI products: prompt design, structured outputs, agents and tool use.
• Hands‑on computer vision experience: trained or deployed at least one vision model on real images or video.
• Deployment skills: Docker, cloud (any major provider), CI/CD.
• Able to build working web apps or dashboards.
• Happy to work on-site in warehouses regularly.
• Clear communication in Thai and English.
• Self‑driven: able to own a project with little supervision and pick the simplest thing that works.

Build and ship end-to-end

• Build AI agents and automation that do real work inside business systems: read documents, check rules, fill forms, update records and send messages, with the right human review.
• Build computer vision solutions on real camera and image data, from proof of concept to production.
• Write Python and SQL to connect operational data from many sources.
• Ship simple web apps, dashboards and chat tools that users touch every day.

Own adoption, not just delivery

• Run projects from discovery to pilot to go-live, working directly with users.
• Measure results after launch and keep improving until the goal is met.
• Explain technical trade-offs in simple language to non-technical stakeholders.
• Help roll out what works to more sites and countries.

Requirements:

• 4+ years building and shipping software, data or ML products used by real people.
• Strong Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM / AI products: prompt design, structured outputs, agents and tool use, and knowing where LLMs fail.
