About the Role

As an AI Engineer at Rolling Glory, you will design, build, and deploy AI‑powered solutions that enhance digital products and business processes. You will work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Data teams to turn ideas into scalable, real‑world AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production use
• Work on use cases such as recommendation systems, NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics
• Train, test, and optimize models for performance and accuracy
• Integrate AI models into existing applications and systems
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI requirements
• Monitor and improve model performance over time
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn)
• Experience with data processing and model deployment
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts
• Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, or microservices

Nice to Have

• Experience with NLP (LLMs, chatbots, text analysis) or Computer Vision
