EVERTRADE SOLUTION INDONESIA is seeking a Lead Video Editor to manage a high-volume short-form production team. You will oversee 10-30 second videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, set daily targets, and ensure brand-compliant quality with strong hooks and on-screen elements.

You will drive AI-assisted workflows, provide detailed feedback, and collaborate with Content, Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to optimize performance and delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+3 years of short-form video editing experience.
• 1 year of leading/supervising an editing or creative team.
• Proficient with CapCut and Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus.
• Strong understanding of AI editing tools, automation, templates, and AI-assisted production.
• Able to manage high-volume video production and meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the video editing team to meet daily production targets.
• Produce and oversee short-form videos 10-30 seconds for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Set and monitor team target of up to 20 short videos per editor per day.
• Ensure video quality, pacing, hooks, subtitles, text on screen, sound, and visuals meet brand standards.
• Utilize AI tools, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and editing templates to improve speed and consistency.
• Develop and optimize AI-assisted editing workflows and templates.
• Conduct QC and provide feedback/revisions to editors.
• Monitor trends, hooks, pacing, and retention to improve video performance.
• Coordinate with Content, Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams.
• Create and maintain editing SOPs, workflows, and production guidelines.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and deadlines through reports.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely delivery.
