Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI implementation and data management, preferably in financial industry.
Proven track record of managing AI projects and delivering successful outcomes.
Experience in pre-sales support and client engagement.
Technical skills: proficiency in AI technologies and data management.

Responsibilities

Lead the AI initiative from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and integrating AI with existing data infrastructure.
Collaborate with sales to identify client needs and deliver compelling AI demonstrations and proposals.
Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring risks and timelines.
Oversee data governance, quality, metadata, and master data management; apply advanced analytics for insights and model development.
Build strong client relationships, communicate findings to executives, and provide guidance on AI strategy and data management.
