A leading trade company in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop HR strategies, manage payroll, and ensure legal compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR-related fields, with at least 5 years of HR experience, and must be fluent in English and Mandarin. This managerial position also requires strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Develop and implement HR legal strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Oversee and improve compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Manage end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, BPJS, taxes, and ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Coordinate with Finance and Accounting to ensure proper payroll documentation and compliance with regulations.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, Labour law, HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment and maintain a strong company culture.
Oversee performance management processes, including KPI setting, appraisals, and feedback.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Manage HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment status, payroll summaries).
Lead and coach the HR team to ensure smooth operations and professional development.
