Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources seeks an Agronomy Assistant in Kalimantan Selatan to coordinate budgets, lead a daily work circle, and ensure field plans meet targets. The role requires a Bachelor degree in Agronomy and up to four years' related experience, with strong communication and relocation willingness.

You will work with Mandor and Kerani, foster stakeholder relationships, review daily reports, and manage costs and material usage, ensuring safe storage and timely transport of sensitive items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Agronomy is required.
• Maximum 4 years of experience as an Agronomy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards.
• Lead the morning circle at the division's office for daily work arrangements.
• Coordinate Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan is carried out as targets.
• Foster good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and communities nearby.
• Examine and sign daily reports of employment, materials, usage and progress of third parties.
• Request non-harvest premium based on work done.
• Explain the division's operating cost versus budget and monthly actuals.
• Ensure TBS and brondolan are restricted, stored safely and transported the next day.
