Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking an Agronomy Assistant to organize budgets based on field conditions and MCAR standards, and to lead the morning circle for daily work arrangements. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Agronomy or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as Agronomy Assistant.
• Good communication skills and willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards.
• Lead the morning circle to organize daily work arrangements.
• Coordinate Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan is carried out.
• Foster relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and communities surrounding the division.
• Examine and sign daily reports of employment, use of materials, employment and progress / work of third parties.
• Request non-harvest premium based on the work done.
• Explain the operational cost of the division between budget and actual monthly.
• Ensure that there is a restriction of TBS and brondolan, stored safely and transported the next day at the first opportunity.
