Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking an Agronomy Assistant to support budgeting and field operations across its Kalimantan Barat division. You will help prepare budgets based on field conditions and MCAR standards, and lead the division’s morning planning circle to organize daily work activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Agronomy required.
• Up to 4 years of experience as Agronomy Assistant.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to be located in Kalimantan Barat.
• Ready to relocate according to company needs.

Responsibilities

• Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards.
• Lead the morning circle at the division office for the day’s work arrangements.
• Coordinate all Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out according to the target set.
• Foster good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and surrounding communities.
• Examine and sign all daily reports of employment, use of materials, employment and progress of third parties.
• Request non-harvest premium based on the work done.
• Explain the operational cost of the division between budget and actual monthly.
• Ensure there is restriction of TBS and brondolan, stored safely and transported the next day.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agronomy
• Maximum 4 years of working experience as Agronomy Assistant
• Good communication skills
• Willing to be located in Kalimantan Barat
• Ready to relocate according to company needs
