Job summary

Eratani is seeking a seasoned agronomist to lead end-to-end rice cultivation projects, driving agronomic excellence, field execution, and sustainable productivity across rural sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in agronomy or a related field, 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of crop nutrition, irrigation, pest management, and the ability to analyze field data and report findings. You will travel extensively to rural areas and collaborate with teams on field-based initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Agriculture, Soil Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rice cultivation, plantation management, or agricultural extension.
• Strong understanding of rice production systems, crop nutrition, irrigation management, and pest management.
• Experience in field data analysis and agronomic reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and agricultural data management tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel extensively and work in rural agricultural areas.
