Job summary

We The Flywheel is seeking an Agentic Operator based in Jakarta or remote from Indonesia to join our AI-driven product studio. You will walk user flows, test AI-supported signups, and ensure clean onboarding while applying human judgment to improve outcomes.

You will work with Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace, thrive in a remote-first environment, and help QA AI translations and local nuances for multiple markets.

Qualifications

• You bring human ingenuity to AI-assisted work and can judge results for quality and improvement.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to close loops on tasks.
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Walk user flows as a real person, flag confusing or broken steps.
• Test AI-driven processes (SSO, social logins, captchas, mobile flows).
• QA AI output in your language and context, catching translation nuances.
• Set up accounts, access, onboarding steps, and standard configurations.
• Direct AI agents on multi-step tasks, log edge cases, and escalate as needed.
• Document learnings to enable repeatable, possibly automated, work.
