A global digital transformation partner is seeking an Agent for Contact Center & QC in Surakarta. The role involves providing customer support, resolving inquiries, and maintaining content quality. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and a Diploma in literature with a minimum GPA of 2.75. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and the position is available for immediate start.
1. Minimum 1 year in customer service, content QC or return/refund (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
2. Educational background: Diploma (D3) in literature with GPA min 2.75 preferred
4. Have logical reasoning and customer empathy
5. Experience in e-commerce platform, complaint resolution, customer service, aftersales consulting preferred
6. Willing to be placed in Surakarta or Yogyakarta
7. Available to join as soon as possible
