1. Minimum 1 year in customer service, content QC or return/refund (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

2. Educational background: Diploma (D3) in literature with GPA min 2.75 preferred

4. Have logical reasoning and customer empathy

5. Experience in e-commerce platform, complaint resolution, customer service, aftersales consulting preferred

6. Willing to be placed in Surakarta or Yogyakarta

7. Available to join as soon as possible

Job Description
  • Provide customer support primarily through calls, email, chat or other channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and delivering timely responses to customers’ queries or concerns in accordance with predetermined parameters or monitoring product, content or video quality labeling uploaded by user
  • Resolve customer inquiries and prioritize customer satisfaction by putting their needs first
  • Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem
