Sun Life is seeking a Quality Business in Agency Distribution to monitor and analyze business quality outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and enhance customer experience across the agency channel. The role focuses on reviewing issues, coordinating actions, and presenting findings to leadership in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Applicants should have 2–5 years in business quality or related areas, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to communicate analytical findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, Customer Experience, Data Analytics, Risk Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in business quality, customer experience, complaint management, agency operations, sales governance, service quality, or data analytics.

Responsabilités

• Review agency issues and customer complaints to identify root causes and actions.
• Engage Agency Leaders on quality findings and prepare concise communication materials.
• Monitor CSAT, ASAT and complaint trends; prepare dashboards and management summaries.
• Lead continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams and track actions.
