Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or relevant healthcare background.
• Minimum 1 YOE required in aged or disability care.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, respectful, and person-centered care to elderly residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and medication reminders as directed.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Assist residents in participating in social and recreational activities.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow care plans, workplace safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care activities.
