About the role

As the After-sales Service Manager at Shengnuowei Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of after-sales support and maintenance services to our valued customers, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our after-sales service department, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the continuous improvement of our service offerings. This full-time position is based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to deliver high-quality after-sales service and support
  • Manage and coordinate the work of the after-sales service team
  • Ensure timely and efficient response to customer inquiries and issues, and oversee the resolution of complaints
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
  • Analyse service data and metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
