• Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service, preferably in heavy equipment or machinery.
• Possession of a valid SILO&SIO driving heavy equipment license.
• Good understanding of basic mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle all after-sales activities related to heavy equipment and machinery products.
• Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and product operation guidance.
• Conduct customer visits for inspection, damage assessment, and basic repair services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service and spare parts availability.
• Prepare service reports, damage analysis, and recommended corrective actions.
• Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide basic product training to customers when required.
