Responsibilities

• Handle all after-sales activities related to heavy equipment and machinery products.
• Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and product operation guidance.
• Conduct customer visits for inspection, damage assessment, and basic repair services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service and spare parts availability.
• Prepare service reports, damage analysis, and recommended corrective actions.
• Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide basic product training to customers when required.

Job Responsibilities

Handle all after-sales activities related to heavy equipment and machinery products.

Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and product operation guidance.

Conduct customer visits for inspection, damage assessment, and basic repair services.

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, warehouse) to ensure timely service and spare parts availability.

Prepare service reports, damage analysis, and recommended corrective actions.

Qualifications

Minimum education is Senior High School in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage.
