A leading automotive company in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Customer Service Manager to develop and oversee Customer Satisfaction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of relevant experience and a strong educational background in Communication, Management, or Marketing. Qualifications

  • Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable universities.
  • 4-5 years experience as a Customer Service Workshop representative.
  • Prior experience as Auditor CS is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Customer Satisfaction work programs.
  • Oversee Customer Service operations at dealers.
  • Monitor performance of National Customer Care Managers.

Job description

Develop Customer Satisfaction work programs and ensure the effective performance of the CS team.

Oversee the development of Customer Service operations at dealers and monitor dealer survey results.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of National Customer Care Managers (CCM).

Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer service database.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree in Communication / Management / Marketing or equivalent from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Have 4-5 years experience as a Customer Service Workshop representative, demonstrating strong service quality and operational understanding.
  • Prior experience as Auditor CS is highly preferred.
  • Willing to travel for business assignments.
