A leading automotive company in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Customer Service Manager to develop and oversee Customer Satisfaction initiatives. Develop Customer Satisfaction work programs and ensure the effective performance of the CS team.
Oversee the development of Customer Service operations at dealers and monitor dealer survey results.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of National Customer Care Managers (CCM).
Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer service database.
