An international travel services company is seeking a customer service representative who will manage after office hour inquiries and issues from Tour Leaders and Suppliers. The candidate should have customer service experience or be a fresh graduate, possess strong communication skills in English, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The After Office Hour Customer Service duties is acting as the first point of contact, including responding to Tour Leader, Supplier & Sales incoming call & email, handling complaints & resolving technical problems.
