Affiliate Manager in the affiliate marketing team. As part of Hostinger's affiliate marketing team, you'll be responsible for expanding and optimizing our affiliate partner network across the Southeast Asia region. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our performance marketing, product, and regional growth teams to scale partnerships and drive sustainable growth.

Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across SEA markets (mainly Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam). Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates. Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and ensure continuous partner performance improvement. Explore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to grow Hostinger's visibility and revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activities. Monitor campaign data, analyze trends, and propose growth-oriented optimizations. Leverage automation and AI tools in your daily work to increase efficiency and partner engagement.
