Job description

We are looking for an expertise strategic and results-driven Affiliate & Live Stream Lead to lead our affiliate & live streaming operations on TikTok & Shopee. This role will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies, building strong relationships with creators (affiliates), building live streaming system and driving performance-based campaigns in close collaboration with internal brand teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit, engage, and activate TikTok & Shopee affiliates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing communication, support, and performance insights.
• Manage affiliate groups and communities to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and high engagement.
• Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to plan and execute affiliate-driven campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Oversee live stream calendar, planning, and execution on platforms.
• Monitor affiliate & live stream metrics, and provide regular (weekly & monthly) reports and insights to improve outcomes.
• Stay current on current trends especially in beauty category, affiliate tools, competitors' activities, and platform features to optimize strategy and discover new opportunities.
• Ensure accurate payout processing and promo code tracking.
• Manage and guide a small team consists of affiliate / KOL specialists and live streaming hosts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, KOL manager or creator partnerships, preferably within the E-commerce platforms (Tiktok & Shopee) ecosystem and beauty industry. Past experience managing beauty category campaigns on e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience and basic knowledge of OBS Studio, live streaming setup, and operations.
• Experience managing on-camera talent or live stream hosts is a strong plus.
• Leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms' dynamics and extensive network of creators communities.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Portfolio or case studies of past affiliate or influencer campaigns will be a strong plus.
