Job summary

Job description

Our client is a leading oral care brand in China and is expanding into the Indonesian market, starting with its toothpaste products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Affiliate Creator Development & Management
    • Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliate creators on TikTok Shop and other platforms.
    • Introduce product knowledge, commission structure, selling points, and content angles to boost conversions.
    • Track performance metrics such as content volume, traffic, CTR, sales contribution, and GMV efficiency.
    • Maintain strong relationships with top affiliates by providing timely support, incentives, and campaign updates.
    • Continuously expand the affiliate network through marketplace tools, communities, and partnerships.
  2. KOC Development & Management
    • Identify, recruit and evaluate KOCs suitable for brand positioning and campaign needs.
    • Design and negotiate package‑based collaborations (e.g., 15–30 videos per cooperation).
    • Manage full workflow: briefing, product seeding, content review, posting timeline, usage rights, and performance checking.
    • Build and maintain a stable KOC pipeline to ensure steady content output for awareness, seeding, and conversion.
    • Optimize KOC collaboration efficiency to balance volume, quality, and cost.
Requirements
  1. 1–3 years of experience in influencer/KOL/KOC management, affiliate marketing, BD, or social commerce.
  2. Familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem, e‑commerce trends, and high‑conversion short‑video content.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to manage many creators simultaneously.
  4. Data‑driven mindset, comfortable with performance tracking and optimization.
  5. Highly proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in English is a plus.
