Job summary

Sejalan Creative Agency is seeking an ambitious Affiliate Manager to drive growth by recruiting high-potential affiliates across TikTok, Shopee, and related platforms. You will identify partners, onboard them, and help scale campaigns for brands and clients.

You will build a strong affiliate funnel, conduct outreach via DM, WhatsApp, email and groups, educate on commissions and benefits, track sign-ups and activation, and collaborate with the Affiliate Strategy & Performance team to optimize

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in KOL, affiliate, or creator management; strong hustle welcome for new grads.
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Affiliate, or similar platforms.
• Highly organized and able to manage large datasets (Google Sheets, trackers).
• Target-driven and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit new affiliates (creators, sellers, communities) at scale.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential affiliates across platforms.
• Conduct outreach via DM, WhatsApp, email, and groups to onboard affiliates.
• Educate and pitch affiliate programs clearly (commission structure, benefits, mechanics).
• Ensure smooth onboarding process for new affiliates (guidelines, tracking links, tools).
• Track and monitor recruitment performance (sign-ups, activation rate, etc.).
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategy & Performance team to align on target profiles.
• Maintain and update affiliate database and tracker regularly.
• Continuously explore new channels/communities to scale affiliate acquisition.
