Job summary

Novo Nordisk Indonesia is seeking a Market Development Manager to identify and manage strategic commercial partnerships in the aesthetic field that align with our growth objectives. You will own the full lifecycle from scouting to post-deal implementation, reporting to the Market Development Lead in Denpasar.

The role requires 5+ years in the aesthetic sector, a solid partner network, and proven skills in negotiations, business cases, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field (master's a plus).
• At least 5 years in the aesthetic business with a solid network.
• Proven ability in area management, KOL management, project management, business case development, and business negotiation.
• Experience with healthcare decision-makers and compliant processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel and cover Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into partnership strategies aligned with portfolio goals.
• Identify and evaluate potential partners and decision-makers in aesthetic clinics and related sectors.
• Lead engagement, negotiation and contracting with partners with cross-functional support.
• Build robust business cases and partnership models; drive governance and approvals.
• Grow the business by managing partnerships, monitor KPIs, and ensure objective delivery.
