Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Monitor TikTok Ads campaign performance (CPAS, Maximum GMV, Conversion, Traffic) daily.
  2. Control daily spending to meet budget targets and analyze issues.
  3. Plan advertising budgets based on GMV targets and assigned orders.
  4. Evaluate daily campaign results (GMV, orders, product performance, ad groups, audience details).
  5. Monitor and provide feedback on ad content (captions, CTAs, visual/video hooks) before airing.
  6. Conduct A/B testing (creative, audience, placement), and adjust bidding strategies based on data results.
  7. Coordinate with the live team for content ads with scheduled campaigns, live events, or daily/weekly promotions.
  8. Create brief daily reports (spend, GMV, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and recommend action plans.
  9. Analyze the most converting demographics and interests. Develop new audience recommendations.
  10. Identify and address anomalies such as spend rotation, ad rejections, or sudden drops in performance.
  11. Monitor competitor ad strategies and creative trends on the TikTok platform, CPAS Meta.
  12. Create daily, weekly, and monthly ads reports.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Paid Advertising/Performance Marketing/Digital Advertising Specialist. Understand the concept of GMV Max Campaigns, CPAS Meta.
  3. Familiarity with E-commerce Analytics (Shopee/TikTok Store dashboard).
  4. Able to create insight-based performance reports and retargeting/scaling strategies.
  5. Basic copywriting skills and creative briefs for video ads.
  6. Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding 150 million Rupiah.
