Responsibilities
  • Optimise advertising budgets to achieve high‑quality lead targets.
  • Create and manage A/B testing for creative, audience, and placement.
  • Monitor and analyse daily/weekly ad performance, providing reports and optimisation recommendations.
  • Develop and implement branding and creative communication programmes to increase Papandayan Cargo awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to run monthly campaign initiatives (storytelling themes, CSR, community, etc.).
  • Evaluate brand campaign effectiveness using awareness metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, sentiment).
  • Analyse ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, and ROAS.
Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Communication, or Business.
  • Experience in logistics, B2B, or service industry.
  • Creative ability to generate online and offline branding ideas and initiatives.
  • Proficient in meeting targets and deadlines.
