Job description
Responsibilities
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to promote the company’s products or services.
  • Handle the admission and sales process, from explaining programs/products and following up with leads to closing sales.
  • Manage and maintain lead and customer databases in a structured manner.
  • Provide excellent service to prospective customers and respond to inquiries related to products or services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on telemarketing activities, sales achievements, and admission progress.
  • Focused on achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Woman, minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree (any major), preferably in Management / Business Administration, Marketing / Communications, Public Relations, Psychology, Tourism / Hospitality.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in Sales, Admissions, or Telemarketing.
  • Experienced in telemarketing, outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and sales closing.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment, both independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools such as Mekari Qontak is a plus.
  • Professional appearance, confident, and highly proactive.
