Job summary

An educational foundation in Jakarta is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to provide assistance with admission activities, reviews, and compliance procedures. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with admission activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions
  • Review admissions applications, write summaries and make recommendations regarding acceptance
  • Provide update admission information and effective assistance to prospective students
  • Carry out registration form selling process (e.g., conduct sales, registration and admission test activities)
  • Ensure overall compliance in admissions procedure implementation (e.g., proper correspondence, admission documentation is received and acknowledged, filed)
  • Arrange admission test schedule and venue. Inform admission test procedure to prospective students
  • Follow up prospective customers after admission test acceptance
  • Participate in required marketing events
  • Create income report related to registration form sales. Ensure its balance with transactions occurred
  • Provide information related to product and services (i.e., programs offered, tuition fees, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved)
  • Implement innovative and proactive communication strategies to attract and enroll more students
  • Perform data entry process of prospective students and ensure the accuracy with confidentiality of related process
  • Maintain and update the database of student information (e.g., telephone logs, student feedbacks)
Qualifications
  • Have minimum 2 year of experience in Admission/Data Analyst/Customer Service or any similar position
  • Familiar with current trends in digital/social media, and strong analytical skills
  • Good Interpersonal, and Communication & Sales Skills
  • Must be fluent in English (verbal & written), knowing Mandarin is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM in a professional setting (preferred)
