We’re looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Staff to join our dynamic team and support the daily operations of the office and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, correspondence, and filing.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Support project documentation and follow up with suppliers and clients.
  • Maintain and organize office records and reports.
  • Coordinate with the design and project teams for schedules and updates.
  • Manage petty cash, office inventory, and logistics.
  • Assist management with any additional administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role (experience in an Interior Design or Construction company is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
