About the job Administrative Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking an experienced AdministrativeSpecialistto join our client, a global tire manufacturer in China, founded in 2002, produces high-quality, affordable tires for passenger vehicles, trucks, and buses. In this role, you will ensure product compliance with national and international standards, oversee quality assurance processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full scope of administrative and logistics operations, including reception services, office assets, supplies, vehicles, dormitories, and property management.
  • Optimize and enhance administrative procedures, policies, and standards for the group's reception services.
  • Draft and implement proposals for administrative, reception, and major event planning for the group.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and resources for reception-related services, such as visitor locations, hotels, and tourism.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by superiors or provide support to other departments when needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, automotive operations, hotel management, business, tourism, or related fields. Experience and male candidates prioritized.
  • Professional appearance, approachable, with clear communication in standard Mandarin.
  • Strong learning ability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, or other languages is preferred.
  • Proactive, responsible, and ambitious work ethic.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
