Job summary

A local real estate startup in Bali seeks a proactive and organized individual to assist in daily operations. You will have the chance to work closely with the founder, manage schedules, and support various projects, from content creation to social media management. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, English speakers (French a plus), and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Organize schedules and meetings.

  • Help with videos and content creation.

  • Handle invoices and basic administrative tasks.

Overview

We’re building a real estate company in Bali, based in Kedungu. It’s still the beginning. Things are moving fast. Everything is evolving.

Role

That’s why this role is exciting. We’re looking for someone smart, organized, curious, and proactive, someone who wants to grow with the company, not just “have a job”. You’ll work directly with the founder and help with the following:

Responsibilities
  • Organizing schedules & meetings
  • Managing daily missions & follow-ups
  • Coordinating with teams & partners
  • Helping with videos & content
  • Managing social media when needed
  • Invoices & basic admin
  • Basically: helping the company run smoothly every day

Some days will be calm. Some days will be chaotic. You need to be comfortable with both.

Who We’re Looking For
  • French speaker = BIG BIG PLUS (preferred) 🇫
  • Good English proficiency
  • Based in Bali — ideally already living near Kedung
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Autonomous & responsible
  • Comfortable in a startup environment
  • Curious, creative, adaptable
  • Not afraid to learn on the go
