Job description

Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly account receivable (AR) reports.
• Monitor and control stock reports of finished goods from branch offices.
• Perform bank and petty cash reconciliation.
• Enter accounting journal entries into the accounting system.
• Control customer credit limits.
• Handle the order process up to the issuance of the invoice.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
• At least one year of experience working in accounting or administrative roles.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrates integrity, diligence, responsibility, and strong work ethics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with numbers and data.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to relocate anywhere in Indonesia as required.
