Shy Cow Cheese is Bali’s leading artisanal cheesery, supplying top hotels and restaurants across Indonesia. We’re looking for a detail-driven Administration & Fulfillment Coordinator to keep our daily operations organised, accurate, and running smoothly.

This is a structured coordination role with a mix of dispatch, administration, and customer communication. Perfect for someone who enjoys order, routine, and getting things right.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate daily customer orders and delivery preparation
  • Create delivery routes and prepare invoices
  • Check packaging, labels, batch codes, and use‑by dates
  • Communicate with chefs and clients via WhatsApp and email
  • Manage invoicing, payments, and administrative records
  • Update product information on Shopify, Gojek, Grab, and WhatsApp
  • Track stock for packaging, labels, and materials
  • Support the Operations Manager with daily admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
  • Must have full working rights for Indonesia, living in Bali
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • 2–4 years experience in administration, logistics, or order coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets and digital tools (Xero a bonus)
  • Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
  • A team player who enjoys structured, routine‑driven work
