We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administration Executive to provide primary support to our Sales and Marketing teams. The successful candidate will act as the backbone of departmental operations, ensuring seamless data management, cross-departmental coordination, and essential administrative flow. While the core of this role is administrative, it offers a dynamic environment involving diverse stakeholders and light executive support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Marketing Administrative Support - Core Responsibility

Data Management: Compile, organize, and maintain sales and marketing data, ensuring accuracy and availability for reporting.

Documentation: Manage departmental files, contracts, and marketing materials in a systematic manner.

Event Preparation: Provide logistical and administrative support for internal/external events, exhibitions, and marketing activations.

Internal Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on administrative tasks, approvals, and material distributions.

2. Cross-Department Coordination

Serve as a communication bridge between Sales, Marketing, Medical, PV, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure project timelines and tasks are met efficiently.

3. General Executive & Administrative Support

Provide light executive assistance, including basic calendar scheduling and travel arrangements (flights/accommodation).

Handle simple correspondence and process routine expense reports.

4. Occasional Communication Support

Provide simple Korean–Indonesian interpretation/translation support for internal communication when necessary.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing Administration or a similar operational administrative role.

Language Skills:

English: Must be fluent (professional proficiency) in both written and verbal communication.

Korean: Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK certified or conversational) is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace).
