Tech Admin and Privacy Support
We're looking for a Tech Admin and Security Support to join our cybersecurity team for Naga Cybersecurity division. This is a hands‑on, learning‑focused role ideal for someone eager to grow in the fields of data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity.
You will assist with managing our Google Workspace environment, provide user support, help maintain documentation, and contribute to implementing privacy best practices. You will work closely with our Google Workspace Administrator and the Data Privacy & Protection Team, gaining real experience while developing technical, analytical, and communication skills.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in English, both written and spoken. This role is flexible and responsive to immediate needs for extra support in different work areas. No prior experience is required — just curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Provides general administrative, logistical, and basic technical support across various departments
- Assists data entry, scheduling, organizing resources, basic troubleshooting, or other tasks that free up more specialized personnel
- As a support for class and training team
- Helps the documentation organization for compliance team
- Assists the administration and maintenance of Google Workspace, including basic user support.
- Helps with documentation and coordination for internal and external compliance, as well as data privacy.
- Serves as a liaison for Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) team
- Provides support for internal training and classes
- Edit and update Policy, Procedural and Tactics documentation as required by changes in the Naga Cybersecurity team
- As a support for creating technical documents, whitepapers, and other documents for various audiences
Key Requirements:
- Genuine interest in data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity
- Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and security concepts
- Basic understanding (or readiness to learn) of Google Workspace and digital platforms
- Professional proficiency level in English and Indonesian communication: written and oral (Applicants are required to submit their resume/CV in English)

System Support Admin
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative Admin Support to assist with our daily operations and monthly reporting. This role plays a key part in ticket monitoring, customer communication, administrative coordination, and financial reporting related to support and consulting services.
Monitor incoming tickets via the Jarvies system.
Ensure each ticket is correctly categorized: ATS / AMS / MO / CR.
Coordinate with consultants and customers on open tickets.
Discuss new/ongoing tickets with the relevant consultant.
Share consultant updates with customers via Jarvies, email, or WhatsApp (for urgent matters).
Monitor progress of tickets escalated to SAP.
Forward any updates from SAP to customers via email and WhatsApp.
B. Communication & Administration
- Regularly check incoming emails to avoid missing customer or internal communications.
- Prepare and send a daily activity report to the team WhatsApp group.
- Compile and prepare monthly AMS/MO reports for customers, including ticket counts, completion status, and man-day (MD) usage.
- Monitor and update customer MD quotas.
- Active English proficiency – able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
C. Finance & Reporting
- Create billing summaries for closed tickets and send them to the marketing team via WhatsApp/Email.
- Review support/consultant timesheets (including external consultants).
- Input timesheet data into the RB system accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Freshgraduate are wellcome
- Strong communication skills, both with customers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable with deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and communication tools (Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Experience with ticketing systems (such as Jarvies) is a plus.
