Minimum Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Have at least 1 (one) year of practical experience working as an Assistant to the BOD.

  • Highly fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Male or Female, with professional appearance, well-groomed, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Description
  • Assist the Director in carrying out daily tasks, both technical administrative and operational, to ensure work runs effectively and efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Organize, arrange, and manage important documents and files for the Director.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Create presentations or work materials required by the Director.
  • Arrange, organize, and remind the Director's agenda/calendar.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and business trips.
  • Ensure the Director attends on time and according to schedule.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external parties.
  • Screen calls, emails, and invitations based on priority.
  • Accompany the Director in key activities (technical meetings, business visits, official events).
  • Provide relevant information to support the Director's decision-making.
  • Assist in cross-department and cross-division coordination as directed by the Director.
  • Handle the Director's personal needs related to work.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.
  • Maintain good communication and coordination with all company departments.
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with UNILAB Affiliates and customers.
