Job summary

Padma Hotel Semarang is seeking a motivated Fitness Centre Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will assist guests with fitness facilities, monitor equipment, and help maintain a welcoming, clean gym environment.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or certificate in sports science, fitness, physical education, or a related field, with good guest service and communication skills, and is physically fit and well groomed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Sports Science, Fitness, Physical Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a fitness center, gym, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise techniques, and basic health & safety standards.
• Strong communication and guest service skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Physically fit, well-groomed, and able to maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness facility.
