Remote Admin Coordinator for Dance studio

Remuneration is based on experience, with good command of English.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office operations, including scheduling and data entry.
  • Manage school's portal site (e.g., attendance, invoice, etc.).
  • Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist Director in the overall operational management of the dance school.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary contact for client inquiries via communication platforms such as WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide professional and courteous responses to client concerns.
  • Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support Functions: Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication between clients and staff.
Requirements
  • Weekend day shift and 3-4 weekdays afternoon to evening shift.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Excel, email platforms).
  • Experience in customer service or client relationship management is a plus.
  • Friendly demeanor with problem-solving capabilities.
