Responsibilities
- Menjadi perwakilan perusahaan di lokasi kerja sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan.
 
- Menyampaikan informasi, laporan, dan rekomendasi terkait kegiatan operasional di lapangan.
 
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas di lapangan berjalan sesuai SOP dan standar perusahaan.
 
- Mengatur dan mengawasi tenaga kerja di lapangan, termasuk kedisiplinan dan pembagian tugas.
 
- Berkoordinasi dengan perusahaan site kerja untuk memastikan kegiatan lapangan berjalan lancar.
 
- Menjadi penghubung antara Head Office, tim lapangan, dan pihak perusahaan site kerja.
 
- Etablasi evaluasi kinerja tim lapangan.
 
- Mendokumentasikan serta melaporkan kegiatan harian di lapangan ke Head Office.
