A leading clinic in beauty services in Denpasar, Bali, is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to enhance patient interactions and uphold high satisfaction levels. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and prior customer service experience, ideally in the beauty industry. This role demands excellent communication and relationship management skills, providing a bridge between the clinic and its patients.
We are a leading company specializing in Hair Transplant, Anti-Aging, Skin, and Body Treatments. We are seeking an enthusiastic, approachable, and solution-oriented Customer Relations Specialist to be the front face of our service and ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
You will serve as the main bridge between the clinic and our patients, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and professional impression.
Customer Service: Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all patients, whether they are visiting in-person, communicating via phone, or online.
Handling Feedback & Complaints: Manage, process, and resolve patient complaints, inquiries, or feedback with empathy and efficiency, ensuring thorough resolution.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with patients (especially VIP/loyal patients) to drive repeat business and referrals.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate effectively with the medical and marketing teams to ensure service information and treatment schedules are communicated accurately and smoothly.
Customer Administration: Manage the patient database accurately and maintain data confidentiality in accordance with clinic standards.
Service Education: Provide clear and persuasive information regarding the clinic's products and services.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major (Communication, Hospitality, or Public Relations preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Hospitality, and Sales Marketing, particularly in the premium/service industry.
Possesses excellent and persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant appearance, neatness, and high professional ethics.
Able to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly and wisely.
Proficient in office applications (MS Office) and CRM systems.
Experience in an aesthetic/beauty clinic is highly preferred.
English is preferred
