AquaMarine Diving - Bali is seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Admin Assistant / Reservation to join our dynamic team. This full‑time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced tourism environment, enjoys supporting both guests and colleagues, and has a passion for precision and hospitality.
Provide day‑to‑day administrative and organizational support to the team
Handle hotel, activity, and dive reservations, including issuing vouchers and compiling guest itineraries
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and filing systems
Build and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time
Excellent written and spoken English is essential
Strong planning, administrative, and organizational skills
Proactive, detail‑focused, and dependable
Versatile and efficient, with a positive “can‑do” attitude
Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or diving industry is a plus
