Minimum Education for SMK of Accounting/Taxation
Job description

1. Manage the daily activities of the financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) including petty cash reports, and ensuring that all major company, month-end, and year-end report are completed accurately and on time

2. Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes

3. Develop financial statement from thoroughly both from the workshop and the head office for assist the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes in a timely manner

4. Develop and manage company inventory report

5. Ensuring compliance with all statutory accounting (SAK/GAAP); external & internal audit and tax compliance

6. Tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions

7. Performing administration and filling in accounting documents

8. Calculating, recapping and depositing Income Pph 23 and Income Pph 4 ayat 2/Final

9. Recap of Input and Output VAT

10. Perform other tasks required by President director

Qualification :

Minimum Education for SMK of Accounting/Taxation

Have min. 2 years as Accounting & Tax Staff

Understand Microsoft Office

Have a strong knowledge of accounting and taxation

Having high accuracy and integrity

Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
