Job summary

A company in Bali is seeking an Admin & Accounting professional to support day-to-day operations, manage operational documents, and facilitate communication across departments. Job description

As an Admin & Accounting, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day business operations. You’ll ensure that administrative processes run smoothly, coordinate internal tasks, and help maintain efficient communication between departments.

Your Role :

Manage and organize operational documents and reports.

Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and other operational documents.

Support daily administrative and clerical activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

SMK, D3, or S1 in Accounting, Administration, or related field (Accounting preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Excellent communication and coordination ability.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Prior experience in administration or operations is a plus.

Full-time, work onsite from Viskal Office at Denpasar Selatan, Bali.

Able to start immediately.
