Responsabilités

• Partner with Market Management and Product Development teams to finalize product designs meet requirements.
• Lead pricing and profitability assessment of new insurance products through actuarial modeling.
• Prepare, manage, and present pricing reports to stakeholders, regional offices, and regulators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Market Management, Distribution teams, partners, and regulators.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions on product development, pricing strategies, and actuarial documentation.
• Support regulatory and statutory product filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee development and maintenance of sales illustration systems and actuarial tools.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate product risks throughout development lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing methodologies and actuarial processes.
• Lead and develop actuarial team members to strengthen technical capability and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Market Management and Product Development teams to finalize product designs, features, and specifications that meet customer and business requirements.


• Lead the pricing and profitability assessment of new insurance products through actuarial modeling and profit testing.


• Prepare, manage, and present pricing reports to internal stakeholders, regional offices, and regulatory authorities to secure product reviews and approvals.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Market Management, Distribution teams, business partners, and regulators.


• Participate in cross-functional discussions on product development, pricing strategies, policy contract wording, and actuarial documentation.


• Support regulatory and statutory product filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal governance standards.


• Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of sales illustration systems and related actuarial tools.


• Identify, assess, and mitigate product risks throughout the product development lifecycle.


• Drive continuous improvement in pricing methodologies, actuarial processes, and product innovation.


• Lead, coach, and develop actuarial team members to strengthen technical capability and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.


• Minimum 7 years of actuarial experience, preferably within a multinational insurance company.


• Strong experience in product pricing, profit testing, and product development.


• Solid understanding of life insurance products and actuarial principles.


• Proven people management and leadership capabilities.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and anticipate product risks.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Familiarity with AI, automation, or data analytics tools is an advantage.


• Proficiency in actuarial and analytical tools such as Excel, R, Python, SQL, Prophet, or similar platforms is preferred.
