Roles & Responsibilities

TSMFOOD is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Clerk to join the team in a new food manufacturing facility.

Job Duties

Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP): Processing invoices, payments, and credit notes. Reconciling bank statements and accounts. Managing customer accounts and resolving queries. General Accounting includes: preparing financial statements and reports; handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) matters and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting. At least 1 year of relevant experience in an accounting role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work days: 5 days, 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount accounting). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to communicate in English.
