Job summary

A leading accounting firm in Alam Sutera is looking for an Accounting Specialist to manage tax invoices and reconciliations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with at least one year of experience or be a fresh graduate. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Coretax and MS Office are essential. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00.
  • Proven working experience at least 1 year or fresh graduate.
  • Good knowledge of accounting standard principles.
  • Proficient in using the Coretax application.
  • Advance computer skills on MS Office.
  • High attention to details and good analytical skill.
  • Highly motivated and have the ability to function independently.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing tax invoices for all client transactions.
  • Responsible for monthly tax reconciliations and preparation of withholding tax documents for PPh and PPN.
  • Providing financial documentation and support for internal and external audits.
  • Responsible for monthly employee advance reconciliation.
  • Other work as assigned by head finance accounting.
